Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Dutech Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 21 September 2010 for the purpose of determining members’ entitlements to the interim dividend ("Interim Dividend") of S$0.01 per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2010. Duly completed registerable transfers in respect of the shares in the Company received by the Company’s Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 20 September 2010 will be registered to determine members’ entitlements to the Interim Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares in the Company at 5.00 p.m. on 20 September 2010 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend of S$0.01 per share will be paid on 30 September 2010.
