NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that subject to shareholders’ approval being obtained for the proposed First and Final Dividend of 0.25 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2010 (the “Dividend”), the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 November 2010 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the Dividend. Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 November 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Company’s shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 November 2010 will be entitled to the Dividend. The Dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on 22 November 2010.
