NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Foreland Fabrictech Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 11 May 2012 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the final (one-tier tax exempt) dividend of RMB 0.015 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 ("FY11 Final Dividend"). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2012 will be registered before shareholders’ entitlements to the FY11 Final Dividend are determined. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2012 will be entitled to the FY11 Final Dividend. The Company has announced the application of the Foreland Fabrictech Holdings Limited Scrip Dividend Scheme to the FY11 Final Dividend. Details are set out in a separate announcement dated 27 April 2012. The FY11 Final Dividend will be paid on or about 26 June 2012.
