Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Members of the Company will be closed on 12 April 2011, for the purpose of determining dividend entitlements and the preparation of dividend warrants in respect of the first and final dividend to be paid on 27 April 2011. Duly completed transfers received by the Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (a division of Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd) of 8 Cross Street, #11-00, Singapore 048424 up to 5.00 p.m. on 11 April 2011 will be registered before the entitlements to the dividend are determined. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the shares as at 11 April 2011 will be entitled to the dividend. Payment of the first and final dividend, if approved by members at the Annual General Meeting, will be made on 27 April 2011.
