Taxation Conditions Tax will be deducted at source from the Taxable Income Distribution in certain circumstances. Taxation Conditions (a) zero tax for unitholders as per paragraph 1 of the Notice of Books Closure and Distribution Payment Date attached. (b) 10% tax for unitholders as per paragraph 2 of the Notice of Books Closure and Distribution Payment Date attached.
