The Directors propose, subject to shareholders’ approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 January 2011, a final dividend of 12.0 cents (last year: 10.5 cents) per share, to be paid on 22 February 2011. Taken with the interim dividend of 5 cents per share already paid, this will give a total distribution for the year of 17.0 cents per share (last year: 13.5 cents). Registrable transfers received by the Company’s Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 8 Cross Street, #11-00 PWC Building, Singapore 048424 up to 5.00 pm on 7 February 2011 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined. Notice is hereby given that the share registers will be closed on 8 February 2011 and 9 February 2011 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
