NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 December 2010 for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the interim dividend of 0.5 Singapore cent per ordinary share (tax-exempt one-tier) for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 ("Interim Dividend"). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 8 December 2010 will be registered before entitlements to the Interim Dividend are determined. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 8 December 2010 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 21 December 2010.
