The Directors recommend payment of a tax-exempt (1-tier) final dividend of 5 cents (2009: 6 cents) per ordinary stock unit payable on 25 February 2011 to Stockholders on the Register of Members on 7 February 2011, if sanctioned at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 8 February 2011 to 10 February 2011 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrars, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (A division of Tricor Singapore Pte. Ltd.), 8 Cross Street #11-00, PWC Building, Singapore 048424, up to 5:00 p.m. on 7 February 2011 will be registered to determine Stockholders’ entitlement to the dividend. Stockholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary stock units of the Company as at 5:00 p.m. on 7 February 2011 will be entitled to the dividend.
