The Directors have recommended the payment of a one-tier tax-exempt Final Dividend of 0.75 cent per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2010, payable on 3 June 2011 to shareholders whose names appear at 5:00 p.m. on the Register of Members on 23 May 2011, if approval from shareholders is obtained at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled on 28 April 2011. Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 23 May 2011, for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlement to dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 23 May 2011, will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 23 May 2011 will be entitled to the proposed dividend. This Notice of Book Closure Date is made in addition to an earlier announcement made by the Company on 25 February 2011 in its Full Year Financial Statement and Related Announcement.
