NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company shall be closed on 8 June 2011 for the preparation of the dividend warrants in respect of the proposed final tax exempt (1-tier) dividend of 1 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2010. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower #32-01, Singapore 048623, up to 5:00 p.m. on 7 June 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed final dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares at 5:00 p.m. on 7 June 2011 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend. Payment of the proposed final dividend, if approved by the members at the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 April 2011, will be made on 21 June 2011.
