NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to approval being obtained at the Annual General Meeting to be held at 132 Pioneer Road Singapore 639588 on 15 April 2011 at 10.00 a.m. 1. A final tax exempt dividend of 0.7 cents per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 will be paid on 25 May 2011. 2. The Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 May 2011 for preparation of dividend warrants.
