Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower #32-01, Singapore 048623 on 3 May 2011 will be registered to determine members’ entitlement to the proposed dividends. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 5 p.m. on 3 May 2011 will be entitled to the proposed dividends.
