NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 12 May 2011, for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed dividend, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29 April 2011. Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the shares in the Company received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, 138 Robinson Road #17-00 The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906 up to 5.00 p.m. on 11 May 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares in the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 11 May 2011, will be entitled to the proposed dividend. The proposed dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 25 May 2011.
