Notice is hereby given that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on April 29, 2011, the shareholders have approved the final dividend of HK1.00 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended December 31, 2010, and it will be paid on May 31, 2011. The Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on May 16, 2011, for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed registered transfers received by the Company’s Singapore Share Transfer Agent, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. at 3 Anson Road, #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on May 16, 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the final dividend. In respect of shares in securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), the said final dividend will be paid by the Company to the CDP which will in turn distributes the final dividend entitlements to the CDP account holders in accordance with its normal practice.
