NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlement to the final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of US$0.82 per share for the financial year ended 31st December 2010 (the “Final Dividend”), the Transfer Books and Register of Members will be closed from 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 10th May 2011 (the “Books Closure Date”) up to, and including Wednesday, 11th May 2011. Duly completed transfers of shares of the Company in physical scrip received by the Company’s Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited at 138 Robinson Road #17-00, The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906 up to 5:00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date will be registered before entitlements to the Final Dividend are determined. Shareholders (being Depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares of the Company as at the Books Closure Date will be entitled to the Final Dividend.
