NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Li Heng Chemical Fibre Technologies Limited (the ‘Company’) will be closed on Monday, 16 May 2011 for the purposes of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the final dividend to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29 April 2011. Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of shares in the Company received by the Company’s Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd of 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower #32-01, Singapore 048623 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2011, will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed final dividend. Shareholders whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2011 will be entitled to such proposed final dividend. The proposed final dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 April 2011 will be paid on 1 June 2011.
