Notice is hereby given that, subject to shareholders’ approval of the payment of dividend at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 31 October 2011, the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 November 2011. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 November 2011 will be registered for the dividend. In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), the dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the securities accounts. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 31 October 2011, will be paid on 22 November 2011. The initial public offering of the Company was sponsored by Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte. (the "Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Issue Managers").
