NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the share transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 4 November 2011, for the purpose of determining members’ entitlements to a final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 1.5 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2011. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited at 138 Robinson Road #17-00, The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906 up to 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2011 will be registered to determine members’ entitlements to the proposed dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares at 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2011 will be entitled to the proposed dividend.
