Duly completed transfers in respect of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) received by the Company’s Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, at 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 4 November 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed final dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 4 November 2011 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend. The proposed final dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 October 2011, will be paid on 16 November 2011.
