NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Foreland Fabrictech Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 31 August 2011 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the interim (one-tier tax exempt) dividend of RMB 0.027 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2011 ("FY11 Interim Dividend"). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 29 August 2011 will be registered before shareholders’ entitlements to the FY11 Interim Dividend are determined. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 29 August 2011 will be entitled to the FY11 Interim Dividend. The Company has announced the application of the Foreland Fabrictech Holdings Limited Scrip Dividend Scheme to the FY11 Interim Dividend. Details are set out in a separate announcement dated 15 August 2011. The FY11 Interim Dividend will be paid on or about 12 October 2011.
