The Board of Directors of R H Energy Ltd (the “Company”) refers to the Half Year Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement for the period ended 30 June 2011 released on 10 August 2011. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 29 August 2011 for the purpose of determining members’ entitlements to the special interim tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 2.5 cents per ordinary share (the “Special Dividend”). The Special Dividend will be paid on 9 September 2011. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited of 63 Cantonment Road Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 26 August 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the said Special Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 26 August 2011 will be entitled to the proposed Special Dividend.
