Further to the half year financial statements announcement for the period ended 30 June 2011 made on 2 August 2011, the Board of Directors of Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Interim tax-exempt (1 tier) dividend will be paid on 15 September 2011. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 2 September 2011 for the purpose of determining the entitlements of the Company’s shareholders (“Shareholders”) for the preparation of dividend warrants. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case where the registered Shareholder is the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”) the dividend warrants shall be issued to the CDP and credited to the depositors’ securities accounts with the CDP in proportion to the number of shares of the Company standing to the credit of each depositor’s securities account with the CDP as at 5.00 pm (Singapore time) on 1 September 2011. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services of 8 Cross Street #11-00, PWC Building, Singapore 048424 up to 5.00 p.m. on 1 September 2011 will be registered to determine entitlements to the said dividend.
