NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 22 September 2011 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrars, M & C Services Private Limited of 138 Robinson Road, #17-00 The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906, up to 5.00 p.m. on 21 September 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed first and final dividend. Shareholders whose securities account with The Central Depository (Private) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 21 September 2011 will be entitled to the proposed dividends. Payment of the said dividends, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, will be made on 6 October 2011.
