Duly completed registered transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to close business at 5.00p.m. on 26 August 2011, will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the interim dividend. In respect of shares in securities with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), the said interim dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will in turn distribute the interim dividend entitlements to the CDP account holders in accordance with its normal practice.
